We open our meeting with prayer and ask if anyone we know are in need.  A short reading of Devotion then the reading of minutes & finance.  We discuss the past and plan the future then add to the records of when we help somone and how many hours it involved.  Whether it is putting on a roof, working on a church or starting a generator for someone.  Try to plan a meal for the Ladies Night Missionary Group (they meet at the same time we do and they serve drinks & dessert to us at each meeting).  We send quarterly reports to the "Men in Mission" and to anyone else we can help.  Close in prayer.   We meet the 2nd Tuesday each month at 7:PM.
